For solid gold jewelry, we recommend keeping it away from harsh chemicals such as chlorine, as it can weaken the metal

For jewelry with stones, we recommend not sleeping, swimming, or showering with it on, as it can weaken the prongs

For silver and vermeil jewelry, we recommend keeping it away from all moisture and chemicals

Bring your jewelry into a highly rated repair shop (or send it back to us- we will send you a shipping label) for a cleaning at least once every 12 months

If a product seems defective, we will fix it for no charge. If after we inspect it the issue turns out to be "wear and tear", the repair fee will be the responsibility of the buyer or their insurance company. We stand by our amazing quality products and will fix any manufacturing defects if we deem it is defective.

For coverage on things such as loss, damage/wear and tear, and theft, we recommend you purchase jewelry insurance from a third party such as Jewelers Mutual or Brite Co.

Our jewelry is handcrafted within 2-6 weeks. Please contact us if you'd like delivery information for a certain product. For a custom order, it may take up to 8 weeks if custom cutting or growing new stones is involved.
